Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Usman Khan, a Sole proprietor trading as CYBERSOLUTIONS24 ("we", "us") and you ("customer", "you") when you purchase a service or use https://www.iamuk.in. By signing in, paying for any plan, or using the website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We offer cloud architecture, security, DevOps, and hosting-operations services on a fixed-price, retainer, or hourly basis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and prices for each engagement are described on the /hire page or in any custom proposal you receive.

2. Account and sign-in

Access to the customer dashboard requires sign-in via a one-time email link. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and notifying us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Payments

  • All prices are in USD and charged via Cashfree. Your bank may convert to your local currency at its own rate.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the chosen interval (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
  • One-time purchases are charged immediately on checkout.
  • Retainers are prepaid. Each payment covers one interval and no payment method is stored or charged automatically; you choose when to extend.
  • Because nothing auto-charges, there is no failed-payment process. We email a reminder about a week before a prepaid retainer ends, and again if it lapses.
  • Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied at checkout where applicable. Customers requiring GST input credit must provide a valid GSTIN at the time of payment.

4. Customer obligations

To deliver our services we may require you to:

  • Grant read-only or scoped IAM credentials to the cloud accounts under engagement.
  • Provide a primary point of contact and an escalation path.
  • Respond promptly to information requests during the engagement.
  • Maintain backups and changes outside the agreed scope at your own risk.

Delays caused by missing access or unanswered requests do not reduce the engagement fee or alter the cancellation terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity, including but not limited to: targeting third-party systems without authorisation, infringing intellectual property, sending spam, hosting illegal content, or evading sanctions.

6. Intellectual property

Configuration, infrastructure-as-code, runbooks, and documentation we deliver to you under a paid engagement become your property upon full payment. Underlying tools, libraries, and templates we develop independently remain ours; you receive a non-exclusive licence to use them as part of the delivered work.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation survives termination.

8. Service level

For monitoring retainers, response-time targets are described on each plan card on /hire. We do not guarantee uptime of third-party providers (AWS, Cashfree, Cloudflare, etc.). For one-time work, the timeline stated in the proposal applies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the services is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the three months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard; see the Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or unlawful use, with reasonable notice where feasible.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with a "last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
