Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any subscription at any time. This policy explains how cancellation works, when it takes effect, and how it interacts with refunds.

1. How to cancel

The fastest way is self-serve from your customer dashboard:

  1. Sign in at https://www.iamuk.in/auth/signin using the email associated with your subscription.
  2. Open the dashboard.
  3. Locate the subscription and click Cancel (or Pause if you only need a temporary stop).
  4. Confirm the cancellation. You will receive an email confirmation from Razorpay.

Alternatively, email [email protected] from the email on the account and we will cancel within one business day.

2. When cancellation takes effect

  • Default (cycle-end): cancellation stops billing at the end of the current cycle. You retain access to all included services until that date.
  • Immediate cancellation: available on request. The current cycle is forfeited; access ends on the day of cancellation. Refunds for an immediately-cancelled cycle follow the Refund Policy.

3. Pause vs cancel

If you need to step away temporarily, use Pause from the dashboard. A paused subscription stops being charged until you press Resume. Pauses can run from days to several months.

4. Plan changes (upgrade or downgrade)

You can switch between Infrastructure Monitoring tiers (Starter ↔ Growth ↔ Scale) from the dashboard. The change applies at the end of your current billing cycle by default; the current cycle continues at the existing price until then.

5. One-time engagements

One-time work (e.g. WordPress migration) is non-cancellable once execution begins. Refunds before execution are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. Effect of cancellation on data

Account records, invoices, and the audit trail of payments are retained for the periods required by law (typically eight years for tax records). Operational data (cloud credentials, runbooks, secrets) provided for the engagement is purged within 30 days of cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Cancellation by us

We may cancel or refuse a subscription if a payment fails our dunning window, if the service is being misused, or if continuing the engagement would breach applicable law. In such cases we will issue a pro-rated refund where reasonable and required.
